New Residential Pavement

This project was carried out for one of our clients on behalf of the local council. As you can see from the picture we have completely transformed the pavement of this residential street.

The original pavement was in pretty bad shape over the years, paving slabs had become uneven, cracked and broken. Apart from becoming not very pleasing to look at, it was also a health and safety hazard for the local residents and pedestrians.

The MBM Groundworks team assessed the area to be renewed and completely transformed it into a modern and high-quality finish pavement leaving the client and the local residents extremely satisfied.

Using a combination of new paving slabs and asphalt we created a new smooth and flat pavement. We also replaced the manhole covers and necessary drainage system. Our team also replaced the curb edge along the road and maintained the existing trees along the pavement along with neatening up the base area of the trees.
