New Build Block Paving

This project was part of new build project for luxury senior living. Our scope for this project was to transform the outside space into a visually pleasing area in keeping with the new build.

Instead of opting for the standard black tarmac or asphalt surfacing we opted for a block paving solution after consultation with the client. Using these block paving bricks kept the area lighter with light shades of blue and red.

All relevant drainage and manholes installed to avoid the build up of surface water. Along with block paving borders around flower beds and grass areas to break up the paved area.

Client and residents were extremely pleased with finish and service provided by the MBM Groundworks team.
